Haki ya mwajiriwa wa kiume kupewa likizo fupi ya uzazi.

Kila mwajiriwa ana haki ya kupewa likizo fupi mtoto anapozaliwa kwa familia yake. Sheria ya ajira kwa mujibu wa sehemu ya (28) (8) inawaruhusu wanokuwa wazazi (baba) kupewa likizo ya majuma mawili bila ya ujira wao kupunguzwa.

Mahakama ilibaini kuwa sheria haijazingatia utaratibu unofaa kutumika katika kutuma ombi la likizo hii. Kesi ya HamisiMadzungu  dhidi  Pride Inn Hotels & Investment Limited (2017) eKLR http://kenyalaw.org/caselaw/cases/view/137836
